We meet you with your order at the location and date you choose.
Neighborhood pickup locations are simply places where we meet you with your order. Common locations are home driveways or parking lots. Most locations are open to the public, however some locations are members-only (some CSA or Gym locations). Members-only locations are clearly noted in the location name.
Arrive at the pickup location at your scheduled time. Provide the name on your order and we will carry it to your vehicle. (Your order will be in boxes so you will not need coolers unless you are traveling more than an hour.)
We encourage you to bring a copy of your order's confirmation email or have it accessible on your phone. This can help speed up the process.
All meat items come individually packaged and frozen. Your items will always be packed in boxes or bags for your convenience.
You can simply login anytime before your upcoming deadline and add to an existing order.
We accept all major credit/debit cards as our sole payment method. At the time of placing your first order you will be prompted to add a credit card to your account. Once finalized, your order's total will be charged to your card on file and your receipt will be emailed. (Due to liability and efficiency reasons we no longer accept cash or check payments at pickup. Thank you for your understanding as we attempt to reduce unnecessary liabilities for our delivery personnel.)
In order to help cover transportation and labor costs all orders incur a $0.28/lb delivery fee. There are no fees on orders picked up at our farm in Canajoharie, NY.

This is strongly discouraged because of the extra burden that it adds for our volunteer location hosts. That said, if you have an arrangement in place with the location host we'll work with you, but be sure to let us know ahead of time.
Be sure to mark your calendars for your order pickup date and precise scheduled pickup time! To be fair to other customers we cannot wait on latecomers. If you show up late, our delivery truck will already be in transit to the next stop. We will cancel your order and refund you for any frozen items. Perishable items (for example, eggs) will not be refunded. (Note, for private dropoffs to CSAs and Gyms, any items not picked up during the appropriate time will be subject to your group's policy. In many cases, unclaimed items are donated to Food Pantries.)
Since many items are priced by the pound, your final total may be a little more or less than your order's initial estimated total. Once finalized, your total will be charged to your credit card on file and your receipt will be emailed.

Please understand that Wrong Direction Farm is a small farm not a large warehouse. If an item becomes unavailable your final total as well as any applicable delivery fees will be reduced.
