Chicken feet are full of collagen, perfect for adding amazing gelling to your bone broth. We have selected blemish-free feet (chickens run around all day, so some of them get calluses, blisters, or otherwise gnarly feet, just like the rest of us). We have carefully removed the outer yellow skin, leaving these ready for your stock pot. Packaged in conveniently small batches so you can just add a few to your broth.
