Mostly beef bone broth, but we like to add a little chicken for extra gelatin. Simmered for at least 24 hours for a thick, rich broth.  We use lots of bones to maximize the flavor; no skimping here!

Frozen in one quart resealable, recyclable containers.

We don't add salt to our broth since there is a wide range of preference for saltiness.  We recommend adding 1 teaspoon per quart as a general guideline.
